Let's transform the US fundamentally!
It's been done already, too: starting 15 years ago in 2008
When Donald J. Trump wins the Presidency, it’s the end of democracy in America.
They said that before. At every turn. And now they are ramping it up to new levels of hysteria and preemptive outrage.
The sitting corrupt Presidential Pretender, presented in 2020 as the moderate Unifier, but acting as the biggest divider in recent history, set the tone with his infamous speech in Philadelphia in autumn of 2022 already, with a darkly dramatic, flaming red background lighting worthy of Count Dracula.
The … one way or other … undead speaker denounced at least a third of the citizens under his rule as enemies of what he believes is his country, and that of his elitist allies sucking the live out of the American Dream and the middle classes.

Grandiosely gaslighting, the liar and cheater in chief smeared his populist opponents as liars, and election deniers not accepting the rules of democracy. “Ultra MAGA” extremism has taken over the good old GOP and will destroy the country. Also, white supremacy, domestic terrorists on school boards … are you scared yet?
Over a year and countless Banana Republic thug actions later, it’s almost as if the fear-mongering and demonization of the 45th President is counterproductive, from their point of view. Nothing can stop Trump and MAGA, it seems. The more they get defamed, smeared and criminalized, the more public support they get. Solidarity, once thought of as a virtue of the left … it’s now increasingly tangible even with moderates and independents rallying around the former President.
The thuggish militaristic surprise Mar-a-Lago raid back then last year, before Biden’s bloodthirsty infuriated rant, was meant to take #45 out of the game already, by making him look like a criminal who can’t be trusted with public office again, ever.
It backfired though, and spectacularly. Rogue agents with guns inspecting Melania’s personal drawers, because some corrupt DC archive bureaucrats felt that the former President mustn’t keep his very own (legally!) documents at his Secret-Service-protected residence, that was right out of a Third World Tyranny playbook. Since then, with every new rogue indictment, the regime is only exposing its own illegitimacy … and conspicuous authoritarianism … even more blatantly.
The label “election denier” was meant to disqualify the populists out of public debate and political life. The leftist crooks have not been content with rigging the election in 2020 and thus committing an actual coup. They subsequently also demonically perverted the situation by criminalizing those whom they defrauded and cheated and who dared to resist, cling to the truth.
Their whole game was basically nothing but a bluff, the ultimate gaslighting exercise, but coming with the full force of government, deep state, law enforcement and fake corrupt legacy media coverage, serving to intimidate the opposition into submission.
Their House of Cards, crumbled and crashed
It could have worked. Or rather: how could it not, when the combined establishment forces, including much of the GOP apparatus, went so massively in. Only … it didn’t. Because Donald Trump has accumulated such an amount of dedicated followers and trust, over many years, having been a household celebrity for decades; and just as importantly: he, as a multi-billionaire, can afford it financially. He kept pushing the truth and he prevailed. The third reason being that it wasn’t just “his truth”, but the truth, aka reality. (More on that context in my previous essay right here.)
Now the panic on the globalist regime side is shifting into higher gears. It can’t get much higher than telling the public that Trump is basically Hitler, as leftist pundits in high-profile media are currently doing, in a coordinated corrupt choreography. They can’t help it but act like a mob, and actually conspiratorial.
Of course, there was no such thing as actual fascism during the first Trump term coming out of the WH. While a plethora of un-constitutional actions came from the Dems and their deep state apparatus, sabotaging the duly elected President even before he even got into office (and entrapping the incoming National Security Adviser General Michael Flynn into prison on fabricated charges!).
Who did that? His predecessor at the time, one B.H. Obama. In cahoots with his supposed heiress HRC and his VP, one J.R. Biden.Well, maybe the 1st term wasn’t quite as bad as we thought back then it would, they are saying now. BUT. In his 2nd term, if he should indeed win the 2024 elections, as nearly all serious polling data suggest is at least possible, rather likely, according to some almost unavoidable … it will really be fascism!
Of course, that’s coming from folks whose ideological allies also say that the wrong words used on a college campus, constituting “micro-aggressions”, are “actual violence” with real victims; who have been accusing men of “rape culture” when they just dared to ask a nice girl for a potential date; who recently have pledged solidarity not with the only democratic rule-of-law state in the Middle East, Israel, but the Hamas terrorists. (When unhinged but coordinated … astro-turfed … mobs on college campuses call for genocide of Israel, that’s just fine, because “context”. As recently demonstrated by Ivy League University leaders before Congress.)
It’s a strange world of made-up AND constantly changing new rules, categories, definitions, meanings … where they can say whatever seems expedient to them in the given situation, and it’s always legit, because “context”, but then again, it’s also the complete opposite a moment later.
How to deal with the preposterous propaganda onslaught?
The problematic target group for the patriotic populist movement, as a matter of political communication, are those people in the general public who are critical enough to consider voting for somebody else but the blue ticket — but not yet emancipated enough to totally dismiss the utter crap they get force-fed by the leftist manipulation machine, including Big Tech and more broadly what is currently being called the “censorship industrial complex”.
And let’s not forget that there are so many decent people who just don’t spend hours per day with political media, but only maybe a quarter of an hour on cable news and then ten minutes or so with some “social media” content. With that in mind, how to respond to the regime’s smear, intimidation and fear mongering campaign?
Don’t let them. Rule #1. Don’t let them steamroll over you any longer. Stand up and have nothing of it.
Yes, that is a big cultural challenge to the old GOP, the Uniparty wing of losers who still believe that meeting the “other side of the isle” kind of “halfway”, and keeping the decorum, is paramount. While what it actually means is having the Dems lead the way and only ever stepping somewhat on the brakes. Hey, we’re mostly with you, but not quite as fast. — Pretty please?
“Mean” truths need to be told
Donald Trump on the other hand is the supreme master of hitting back, and at least twice as hard as they punch him, or try to. He’s not a bully, as long as you negotiate with him in any somewhat constructive manner. His tolerance and preparedness to accommodate people with different takes are too big, if anything, not too small.
But cross a certain line, and he’ll smack you hard into your smug face, expose your lies and the corruption you are taking advantage of. Cue: his famous “mean tweets”. A mix of being plain outspoken, some amount of provocative wording, brilliant branding and a big portion of FIGHTING. And always pointing at truth.
Not obeying the rules of “political correctness” and not sticking to the pretentious fake decorum of DC politics, that’s not just some shtick. It is necessary and highly successful for two reasons: speaking in a manner that resonates with regular people who need to be motivated into the political fight, encouraging and guiding them; secondly, exactly because the truth cannot be told in a language of lies.
Say what you think and do as you say. Pretty simple, but the opposite of how the political game used to work. Before Trump. What he told the American people in 2015, he has been saying for decades, including in that famous “Playboy” interview, or on TV. And when he got elected, he did exactly what he had promised to his voters, and then even more. Unheard of in recent history.
The only thing that he could not quite achieve in his first term, that was “draining the swamp”, for which the term “sewer” is much more appropriate, as Trump-supporter Governor Mike Huckabee has rightly pointed out.
Even clear-sighted Trump, having never spent any significant time in DC politics before his running for President, got partly outmaneuvered by the corrupt deep state and its allies in Congress, media, institutional power of the country. Remember, too, that the GOP had a majority grip on Congress only for the first two years, and under total RINO control. Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell didn’t even give him the money for the wall on the Southern Border. That’s saying something, isn’t it?
Yes, it IS different the 2nd time around!
So, now, again: how to respond when the crazy lunatic panicking left is telling us that another Trump term would be much worse and indeed mean fascism?
We need to take that apart, analytically sound. Because what they claim is half true and half false, and the latter … unsurprisingly … in a diabolical way.
False is their claim that Trump and MAGA are seeking to upend democracy and install a fascist regime. Obviously. While we need to keep in mind that what they actually mean, when they use such words, is on a different level, one of twisted and perverted concepts fitting into their deluded ideological universe. Where men can get pregnant and the world ends because climate change.
True is on the other hand that Trump as #47 will indeed go into the office with a much more impactful agenda, more effective tool box and under different circumstances:
- Compare what (smaller) parts of the public might have assumed / apprehended about the deep state and the corruption in DC … to what we now know for certain, and acknowledged by far wider audiences.
- Same applies to trust in legacy corporate media and knowledge about censorship, not least after the “Twitter files” exposure and more of that kind.
- The almost incomprehensible, albeit conspicuous and undeniable, amount of corruption surrounding the Biden crime family; the equally unspeakably corrupt law fare and two-tiered justice system, upending the equal rule of law.
- The abominations coming with the ubiquitous election rigging, not in 2020 alone, but e.g. in Arizona with the midterms of 2022, too; the neocon war machine as again demonstrated with the Ukraine war; the flooding of the country with illegal aliens over the wide open Southern Border.
- “America first” politicians (and grassroots activists) having emerged all over the country, increasingly coming into prominent positions of legislative power and challenging the Uniparty corruption within the GOP.
- Not least: separating wheat from chaff in terms of personnel. The fakers and frauds have exposed themselves, partly during his WH stay around, partly around Jan6, partly now within the GOP primary proceedings. — DJT now knows whom to trust, both in terms of loyalty and professional competence.
Some of this is a matter of Trump being able to achieve more, be more effective against the corrupt powers that be, by having better instruments. Important, and necessary. But at least as important is that the corruption and the blatant abuse of power with the globalist / deep state / ideologically Marxist regime has become much, much more visible, because they exposed themselves big time, unashamedly … which they didn’t just wantonly choose either, but needed to do because how else could they have fought the populist movement effectively? These stubborn folks with their red hats just won’t go away. Something must be done.
Then again, those ideologues also can’t help themselves in their self-righteous mindset and their utterly unrestrained lust for complete power, and control of the narrative landscape. They are obsessive in their detection of wrong-think and eliminating it. Doubling down, and the harder the more absurd it gets, that’s their only available attitude. Self-indulgent over the top. And then, some of them are actually sociopaths. To assume sound reasoning is guiding their action would really be mistaken, in that regard.
Now the people clearly see corruption and decline
Anyway, the massively increased visibility of corruption and abuse of power is so crucial because, in the end, this fundamental fight for the survival of America as a free nation as it was founded by the colonialists’ insurrection, can only be won with the impetus and the backing of a powerful populist movement, in short: the people itself.
- Rightly, DJT always speaks about what “we”, himself and the MAGA movement and all people and voters supporting it, are going to do after winning in 2024.
- This fight is indeed one between the people, whose self-government ought to determine where the country goes, and the corrupt establishment. Which makes it a fight between nationalism and globalism — freedom vs. an authoritarian technocratic rule by an unaccountable “new world order”.
- But for this to work out, the people first need to acknowledge exactly what the problem is and who their enemies are. Of course, DJT has been telling them all along, but then only the last few years have brought such an avalanche of ugly evidence before the public eye, not least unto the virtual “town square” on social media platforms.
That is what constitutes the decisive difference. This movement is now significantly broader, and so much more motivated than in 2016 or 2020, and the regime has nobody blame for that but themselves, and big time.
Therefor: Yes, the 2nd Trump term in the WH is much more urgently needed AND will be of much more consequence.
The crazy corrupt leftist machine minions actually need to fear that change of power. That’s the whole point of it.
The power does need to be taken away from them, and they do need to be punished as far as they have been usurping power un-constitutionally and criminally, and committing actual treason.
That has nothing to do with fascism, of course. It is not an aberration. To the contrary: it will be the ultimate proof that America still is a democracy.
(And I’m applying the term as opposed to a tyranny. Not indulging the stale pseudo-philosophical and often a-historical debate about democracy vs. republic.)
They themselves have hyper-stylized the “peaceful transition of power” into the ultimate litmus test, blaming Trump for allegedly resisting this fundamental principle.
That was a disgrace, of course, after they had rigged and stolen the election. The transition of power is only supposed to be happening and celebrated when the people actually freely decide it shall switch from one political side to another.
The very essence of a democracy vs. a tyranny is this:
can the people get rid of their current corrupt government leaders without a bloody revolution, by voting accordingly and shifting power to a new, different set of politicians?
Footnote, for the JBP fans: He believes that a political system will over time become kind of petrified, and corrupt. Then, in his simplified view of fundamental political leanings, those with a more creative and open mind will come and reform it. The conservatives, they are good at running a system reliably, but only the liberals can keep it open to the change of times and challenges, and reform it every now and then.
Yeah, well. What a complete joke. Turns out, the power-hungry leftist ideologues have corrupted the system with their “reforms”. Now the people themselves, as a populist movement, need to restore common sense and the Constitutional system with actual checks and balances against authoritarian one-party rule. The current regime, that are the same people …
- who have usurped unprecedented powers over their constituents and citizens during the China virus “pandemic”,
- who are ready to concede such “emergency” powers to the utterly corrupt AND incompetent WHO,
- who are generally selling out America to the Chinese Communists,
- who suffocate freedom and material well-being of the people in favor of entirely fraudulent “net zero” schemes,
- who transform America into an authoritarian police state,
- who reward violent “antifa” thugs for rioting while incriminating parents or Catholic believers for peacefully voicing their opinion.
How absurd is it when these same folks blame Trump and MAGA for supposedly authoritarian leanings or agendas?
Ultra extremist common sense
Nothing of what Trump promises is anywhere near authoritarianism, or extremism, on substance. Basically, he wants America to be again roughly how it was in the 1950s and 60s, with the American Dream alive and kicking. Plus the technological progress since then, and culturally much more open, diverse and tolerant. After all, he did make an openly gay career diplomat his prime envoy to Europe and will likely advance him to Secretary of State in his 2nd term.
It is legitimate to have a different vision for America, but you need to convince a majority of the people, honestly, without corrupt chicanery and cheating and all sorts of propaganda and power play. That the left cannot do, because their crazy schemes do not resonate with the people at large, and they have no longer free reign over the media landscape either and cannot control the public discourse whimsically. Which is not least a result of their own having become ever more extremist themselves.
Only within their own bubble of extremist delusion and ideological extravagance, coupled with elitist arrogance and plain corruption, Trump might look like an extremist. What he actually is, as the leader of the populist movement, is an existential threat to themselves and the corrupted power they have usurped over time, and the money that comes with that.
But that is not a threat to democracy, only a threat to the “Democrats”.
It’s not extremism either, it just makes them extremely panicked.
Some of them might not actually be able to spot the difference. Sounds silly, but that seems to be the case. Or they do know the difference but believe they can cover up their corrupt power play publicly with such crap.
To sum it up so far:
yes, a 2nd Trump term will mean much more for DC politics and the country, the stakes are indeed much higher, and for both sides.
We need to say as much, and not as a bashful concession or admission either — but boldly, defiantly, courageously, confidently, or in 1 word: just like American patriots have acted for centuries.
One more thing …
The half-black Messiah of 2008, the treasonous Nobel peace prize laureate who did nothing but spread war and destruction over whole areas of the world, who sabotaged racial harmony in America instead of healing wounds … he is the culprit for much of the current mess America finds itself in, not least in terms of a cancerous corrupt deep state apparatus. This is actually his own 3rd term in power, albeit not in office.
What did he say, on the brink of becoming elected as President, late in 2008: He told his enthused supporters that his ascendance into power would make it possible to … listen carefully … “fundamentally transform” the country.
Here’s a video snippet with the original quote. And here is another one … and his face doesn’t look overly bashful either, after uttering the infamous sentence. All conviction, and righteousness, and historical mission:
Since the leftist regime types are so big with words, and nobody more, supposedly, than this big-eared duplicitous pretentious preaching propagandist of still unknown place of birth: We can take that to the bank, and literally, and at face value.
When Hussein was openly advocating for a “fundamental transformation” of the country, as his central campaign promise, if only voters entrusted the Presidency to him and his party; if that was legitimate and a normal expression of how democracy is supposed to work …
how does that not apply to every other candidate, who tells the people frankly, bluntly, honestly, what he is going to accomplish and strive for, and who … on that very basis … achieves an electoral victory?
On one hand, Donald Trump and MAGA don’t mean to transform the country into something fundamentally different. To the contrary: they want their old country back, as it was before, structurally and mentally. It is the biggest repair mission ever.
Now for that, they do need to transform the way the elites and the establishment are dealing with the institutions of governmental power, which have become perverted and corrupted over time. That is a fundamental task that must be delivered on, or else the country will be transformed out of existence, as a free nation.
To avoid misunderstanding or willful misinterpretation: MAGA is not about cementing some status quo of yore. Nobody wants to make America into a dusty museum piece. Quite to the contrary:
Once the deep state, and a totally suffocating big government apparatus with all the regulation red tape etc., are stripped of their malfeasance, and freedom and the individual pursuit of happiness restored — imagine what innovation … technologically, economically and culturally … can be achieved.
A whole new dynamic, leading to unprecedented levels of greatness, even glory, can be unleashed, a taste of which we have already witnessed up to early 2020, when the Trump economy was booming and the people thriving. There is true progress to be had. Open-minded, bottom-up.
That is the kind of Change we need. The people will vote for it, and that makes it democratically legitimate.
The Dems are insulting Trump, but in reality they believe the people mustn't exercise their most basic, most fundamental citizen right of choosing freely between
further decline disguised as “social world justice”
vs.
a patriotic rebirth based on common sense.
That’s why they try, all over the country, to throw Trump off the ballots. (Entirely disrespecting the Constitution, and the people.)
Looking at this clearcut constellation: which side exactly is obstructing democracy?
The Dems have only contempt for the common man and hate that they depend on his approval. At best, on good days, there might be some benevolent paternalism. That’s the “bleeding heart” part, a smoke screen of fake empathy. But in reality, they are arrogant, elitist authoritarians who just know better.
That’s why they love … and create! … never-ending crises and emergency situations, enabling their collectivist power grabs and an ever more powerful government, suffocating all freedom, innovation, economic dynamic and in turn social cohesion.

I remember, back in 2008. I wondered how long it would take.
Feeling a lot more promising now
I clicked onto the link to this piece while I was on the Naomi Wolf Substack, and I really enjoyed reading it, you put a lot of work into it and I agree with (literally) everything you wrote. Also, seeing your thoughts laid out on the page gave me more confidence in some of the same conclusions I've reached over the last couple years, such as a respect for logical linear thinking or lack thereof, ie: if a friend backs the idea that men should be allowed to compete on a women's college swim team, that friend will probably have other logical misfires as well, which possibly explains why these friends can often feel so comfortable launching into hysteria-fueled Trump bashing sessions. Thanks for the great read!
